PageGlowe 12-Month Limited Warranty
Effective Date:01/08/2026
At PageGlowe, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every eligible PageGlowe projector purchased directly from PageGlowe is covered by our 12-Month Limited Warranty, subject to the terms and conditions below.
This Limited Warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
1. Warranty Period
The PageGlowe Limited Warranty applies for 12 months from the date of delivery of the product to the original purchaser.
Proof of purchase may be required when submitting a warranty claim. This may include your order confirmation, order number, receipt, or other reasonable proof that the product was purchased from PageGlowe.
2. What This Warranty Covers
During the 12-month warranty period, PageGlowe warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended household use.
Subject to inspection and verification, covered defects may include:
Failure of the projector to power on due to an internal manufacturing defect.
Internal hardware failure occurring during normal use.
Projector display failure caused by a manufacturing defect.
Auto-focus or keystone correction failure caused by defective hardware.
Wi-Fi or Bluetooth hardware failure attributable to a manufacturing defect.
Internal speaker failure caused by defective components.
Remote-control hardware defects where the remote was supplied with the product.
Defective ports, buttons, or other built-in components resulting from a manufacturing defect.
Other manufacturing or workmanship defects that materially prevent the product from functioning as reasonably intended.
Normal variations in performance that fall within the manufacturer's specifications are not considered defects.
3. Available Warranty Remedies
If an eligible product develops a covered defect during the warranty period, PageGlowe will assess the claim and, where the claim is approved, provide an appropriate remedy.
Depending on the circumstances, applicable law, product availability, and nature of the defect, the remedy may include:
Repair of the defective product;
Replacement with the same product or an equivalent product of comparable specifications; or
Refund of the applicable purchase price where required or considered appropriate.
Where permitted by applicable law, PageGlowe may determine the appropriate warranty remedy after assessing the product and the circumstances of the claim.
Nothing in this warranty limits a consumer's right to select a particular remedy where applicable consumer law provides that right.
4. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from circumstances unrelated to a defect in materials or workmanship, including:
Accidental damage, including drops, impacts, crushing, or physical breakage.
Liquid, moisture, water, fire, heat, or environmental damage.
Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling.
Failure to follow supplied operating, installation, or safety instructions.
Use of the product for purposes for which it was not designed.
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, disassembly, or alterations.
Damage caused by incompatible or inappropriate chargers, cables, adapters, power supplies, or accessories.
Electrical surges, unstable power supplies, lightning, or external electrical damage.
Damage caused during transportation after the product has been delivered to the customer.
Cosmetic damage that does not affect normal operation, including minor scratches, dents, discoloration, or ordinary wear.
Normal wear and tear resulting from ordinary use.
Loss or theft of the product.
Loss of accessories after delivery.
Damage resulting from improper storage.
Damage caused by third-party products, software, accessories, or services.
Issues resulting solely from third-party applications, platforms, internet services, network conditions, or content providers.
Problems caused by circumstances outside PageGlowe's reasonable control where the underlying product itself is not defective.
The warranty also does not cover dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference where the product is functioning correctly and as described.
5. Software, Apps and Third-Party Services
Certain PageGlowe features may depend on software, applications, wireless networks, operating systems, streaming platforms, content providers, or other third-party services.
PageGlowe does not guarantee that every third-party application or service will remain available or compatible with the product indefinitely.
Changes made by third-party service providers, including updates, discontinuation of services, compatibility changes, geographic restrictions, or changes to subscription requirements, are generally not considered manufacturing defects in the PageGlowe hardware.
This does not exclude coverage where an underlying hardware defect covered by this warranty is responsible for the failure.
6. Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a warranty claim, please contact PageGlowe customer support using the contact information provided on our website.
Customers may be asked to provide:
Full name;
Order number;
Email address used when placing the order;
Description of the problem;
Photographs or video demonstrating the reported issue;
Product serial number, where applicable; and
Any additional information reasonably necessary to diagnose or verify the problem.
We may first provide troubleshooting instructions where appropriate.
Providing troubleshooting information does not affect any statutory rights available to you.
7. Returning a Product for Warranty Assessment
Where a physical inspection is reasonably necessary, PageGlowe may ask the customer to return the affected product or component.
Return instructions will be provided after the warranty claim has been reviewed.
Customers should not return a product without following the warranty-return instructions provided by PageGlowe, as doing so may result in delays or the package being sent to an incorrect location.
Responsibility for warranty-related shipping costs will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the claim.
8. Replacement Products
Where PageGlowe provides a replacement product under this warranty, the replacement may be new or, where permitted by applicable law and clearly communicated to the customer, an equivalent replacement product.
If the exact model is unavailable, PageGlowe may offer a reasonably equivalent model with comparable functionality and specifications, subject to applicable consumer law.
Replacement of a product does not reduce any warranty rights that applicable law requires PageGlowe to provide following replacement or repair.
9. Claims Involving Physical Damage
If a product shows signs of accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorized modification, misuse, or another excluded cause, PageGlowe may request additional information before approving the warranty claim.
The existence of cosmetic or physical damage does not automatically invalidate unrelated statutory rights. However, PageGlowe may decline a claim under this Limited Warranty where the evidence reasonably demonstrates that the reported failure resulted from an excluded cause.
10. Accessories
Accessories supplied with the PageGlowe projector are covered against manufacturing defects during the applicable warranty period unless a different warranty period is expressly stated for a particular accessory.
Consumable items and components subject to ordinary depletion or wear may not be covered for normal deterioration unless the deterioration results from a manufacturing defect or applicable law provides otherwise.
11. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The PageGlowe 12-Month Limited Warranty is separate from our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies according to the conditions stated in our Returns and Refund Policy.
After the applicable return period has ended, eligible manufacturing defects may continue to be covered under this 12-Month Limited Warranty for the remainder of the warranty period.
The existence or expiry of either policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
12. Original Purchaser and Proof of Purchase
This Limited Warranty is intended for products purchased directly through PageGlowe or another PageGlowe-authorized sales channel.
PageGlowe may require reasonable proof of purchase before processing a warranty claim.
Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers may need to be claimed through the seller from whom the product was purchased, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
13. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims
PageGlowe reserves the right to investigate warranty claims where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, intentional damage, materially false information, product substitution, altered proof of purchase, or other abuse of the warranty process.
A claim may be refused where PageGlowe reasonably establishes that it is fraudulent or falls outside the scope of this Limited Warranty, subject always to applicable consumer law.
14. Limitation of the Limited Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty covers the PageGlowe product itself and does not cover indirect or consequential losses resulting from an excluded event or circumstances beyond the scope of this warranty.
Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, warranty, condition, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Consumer Rights
This Limited Warranty gives customers contractual warranty protection from PageGlowe for the period stated above.
Customers may also have additional rights under the consumer protection laws of the country, state, province, territory, or region in which they reside.
This Limited Warranty does not replace, restrict, waive, or exclude any mandatory statutory consumer rights.
Where any provision of this Limited Warranty conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection law, the applicable law will prevail to the extent of that conflict.
16. International Customers
PageGlowe serves customers in multiple countries and regions. Consumer protection laws and mandatory warranty requirements may therefore vary according to the customer's location.
Where local law provides greater protection than this Limited Warranty, those mandatory legal protections remain unaffected.
Warranty procedures, return arrangements, and available remedies may consequently vary where required by applicable law.
